The BDPC is the organization in charge of the Ownership Tenders. The two-step tendering process is now confirmed. The BDPC is finalizing the pre-qualification documents as well as all necessary approvals from the relevant authorities. The BDPC has published a document called "2008ideas", which is in part a result of comments and suggestions collected from many foreign parties and serves as a brainstorming document. Interested parties should give BDPC the appropriate feedback. Since the ideas should be closely followed by the BDPC, comments are important.
