Through many contacts with embassies, commercial representations, and foreign chambers as well as some companies, BDPC has received valuable feedback. Most comments suggest having more time to set up a consortium to prepare an offer. Currently the tentative plan is as follows: 1. Prequalification - Call for "Expression of Interest": to be announced on 25 October and made available on 28 October. Time to reply: two months. 2. List of qualified bidders to be ready in January 2003. 3. Full tender for qualified bidders in late January 2003. Proposals by 1 July 2003.
