Venture capital organizations are companies with limited liability or joint-stock companies established in the Shenzhen municipality and engaged in venture capital investment. They include venture capital investment companies (VCICs) as well as the venture capital investment management companies (VCIMCs). VCICs refer to companies that directly invest in the industries of new and advanced technologies and other technical innovation. Whereas, VCIMCs refer to companies that provide the relevant managing and consulting services for VCICs.
