What Criminal Liability Relate to Industrial Accidents?

Under the 1997 Criminal Law, officers and directors are liable for actions that result in serious industrial accidents, construction site injuries, construction site injuries, environmental contamination, and fire damage. Liability will be imposed only if management fails to take steps to correct a problem area for government inspectors and regulators. An FIE's management personnel should have a reporting system that promptly and diligently addresses any and all regulatory notices to avoid criminal liability in the event that something goes wrong.
