The major obligations and rights of the guest may be summarized as follows:
a) Upon checking-in, the guest shall produce a valid passport and shall not falsify registration information.
b) While using the facilities in the hotel, including the fitness and entertainment centers, a guest shall be solely liable for any injuries that he or she may sustain as a result of the guest's failure to comply with the user instructions or the directions of the hotel's employee.
c) Without the permission of the hotel, a guest is prohibited from:
(i) Allowing a third party to stay in the hotel room
(ii) Transferring the right to stay in the hotel room to a third party
(iii) Changing the use of the hotel room
If any loss is resulted from such a breach, the hotel may require the guest staying in the hotel room to assume full responsibility for loss(es).
d) A guest is prohibited from altering or redecorating the hotel room and bears liability for any such breach
e) If the guest causes any loss to the hotel, the guest is responsible for compensating the hotel for such loss
