Are the lists of basic business sectors and value-added business sectors exhaustive? What if technological innovations bring about new service areas?

The list is subject to revisions by the Ministry of Information Industry (MII), and will reflect developments and technological innovations. New services currently not listed can be included after filing with provincial level information industry authorities.
