11. How does the new TMO deal with the time limit to conclude Registration?

After the Registry issues its examination report, there is 6 months to respond plus 3 months extension of time on application. Further extension of time can be extended at the Registrar's discretion. After the Registry's further opinion, a further 3 months is allowed to respond, subject only to additional extension of time in limited circumstances.
