16. How does the new Trademark Ordinance deal with the Division and Merger of applications and registrations?

Under specific conditions, applications for trademarks can be divided into separate applications, or individual applications for the same mark can be merged into a single application; and separate registrations for the same mark with the identical registration conditions can be merged into single registrations.
