Does the licensee have the right to initiate legal proceedings against trademark infringement?

According to the recent interpretations of the Supreme People's Court of PRC on the application of law in judging trademark-related disputes, the licensee will have the right to initiate proceedings under the following circumstances:
--- for a sole trademark license agreement, the licensee will have the right to initiate proceedings;
--- for an exclusive trademark license agreement, the licensee shall jointly with the
trademark registration have the right to initiate legal proceedings against
trademark infringement;
--- the licensee for a non-exclusive trademark license agreement may only initiate legal proceedings with authorization from the trademark registrant.
