Unlike the statute regulating export licenses, which includes all the rules and regulations regarding export licenses for all kinds of goods for which the export license is needed, there are several statutes adopted recently in China to regulate the importing of different categories of goods. This group of statutes is made up of the Administration Methods for Automatic Import License for Goods, the Administration Methods for Automatic Import License of Mechanical and Electronic Goods, Administrative Details for the Import of Special Products, Regulations for the Import of Ships, etc..
