What minimum qualifications must a foreign investor have?

At least one foreign investor in an FIEVC must currently manage at least US$ 100 million, consider VC as its principal business, have experienced staff, have invested at least US$ 50 million in the past 3 years, and invest at least 3% of the total capital of the FIEVC. Proof of this must be submitted to MOFTEC and MOST, along with audit balance sheets and income statements of all investors.
