June 14, 2005 – Epstein, Becker & Green, one of America's top tier firms, gave a presentation entitled “Labor Law in the United States” in China's two major metropolises. The first presentation took place on June 9 at the law offices of Lehman, Lee & Xu. The second in the two-city tour took place in Beijing on June 14 at the China World Trade Center Club, located in the Landmark Office Towers. There were around 50 in attendance, representing various business interests, potentially expanding into the US market. The group was led by co-founder Ronald Green, along with Frances Green, William Milani, Frank Morris, and Dean Silverberg. Lehman, Lee & Xu attorney Richard Wageman gave a warm introduction for the group, while John Lee interpreted for those in the group who could not readily understand English. Overall, the group was impressed with the turnout and extend an invitation to all in attendance to seek their consultation prior to investing in the United States.
