Graduating from the University of Peking with a Ph.D. in law, and serving as a visiting scholar in the University of Washington, Professor Li Ming De is an active member of the China Academy of Social Sciences. He researches in the Institute of Law, the Intellectual Property Center and the Center for Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao Law. Besides being of counsel for Lehman, Lee & Xu, he is also an involved arbitrator for Intellectual Property law. Professor Li Ming De is the author of the book "Special 301": China-U. S. Dispute on the Protection of Intellectual Property.
