Professor Tang Guang Liang

Professor Tang graduated from Beida University in Beijing, specializing in high tech and computer law. Professor Tang Guang Liang is an associate professor at the intellectual property center of the China Academy of Social Sciences in Beijing. Very active in Internet and domain law, Professor Tang is the main drafter of arbitration principles of Chinese domain names. He holds the post of Vice Chairman of China's national domain name arbitration committee, CNNIC, and has published a series of IPR books including the first computer law book in China. He is also the chief editor of the book entitled IP Studies, which is widely used as a university reference book. Professor Tang regularly lectures and produces numerous works in the IPR field.
